Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account, keeping your password secure, and all activity under it. You must provide a valid email and verify it. You must be authorised to manage the business data you enter.

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or other tenants' data, no reverse engineering, and no uploading malware or content you lack rights to.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. You can export and delete it at any time from Settings.

Paid plans (when enabled) are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaTekk LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

You may stop using the Service and delete your business at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
