This Privacy Policy explains how SaTekk LLC("we") collects, uses, and protects personal data in MooMatrics(the "Service"). We act as a data processor for the business data you enter and as a controller for your account information.
Account data: your email and password hash, the businesses you belong to, and your role.
Business data you enter: sales, expenses, services, payroll, inventory, assets, partners, animals, customers (names, phone numbers, balances), and uploaded receipts/logos.
Operational data: security and rate-limit records, an activity/audit log of changes, and email-delivery metadata.
To provide the Service, secure your account, send transactional and (if enabled) daily-summary emails, and meet legal obligations.
Contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product operation), consent (optional emails), and legal obligation (financial-record retention).
You can access and export your data, request correction or deletion, and object to or restrict certain processing. Owners can export an entire business and delete it from Settings. To exercise other rights, contact us at support@satekk.agency.
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required for financial records. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
