This DPA forms part of the Terms between SaTekk LLC("Processor") and the customer ("Controller") using MooMatrics, and applies where we process personal data on the Controller's behalf.
The Controller determines the purposes of processing the business data it enters; the Processor processes it only on documented instructions to provide the Service.
Storage, organisation, retrieval, and transmission of business records (sales, expenses, payroll, customers, animals, etc.) and related personal data (e.g. customer names/phones, member emails).
TLS in transit; encryption at rest via infrastructure providers; bcrypt password hashing; role-based access control; per-tenant data isolation; rate limiting and an audit log.
We assist the Controller in responding to data-subject requests and will notify the Controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach.
On termination or request, the Controller can export and delete its business via Settings; we delete or return personal data per the Terms and applicable law (subject to financial-record retention).
